Requirements

WHAT DOES THE DAY-TO-DAY JOB LOOK LIKE?

  • You will be active all day…cancel your gym membership!
  • You will work out your brain as well!
  • You will use tools throughout the day, drills, saws, tape measures, etc
  • You will be assembling custom cabinetry – installing cabinet doors and drawer system hardware!
  • You will become a pallet jack master!
  • You may learn how to drive a forklift.

SOME KEY ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB:

You will be responsible for reviewing inventory data, preparing and processing purchasing orders, and completing receiving administration. This role will respond to internal and supplier inquiries about purchase order status, changes or cancellations.

  • You will complete daily purchasing routine to create required purchases orders, reviewing and sending to vendors.
  • You will review vendor confirmations, compare to our PO results, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • You will process receiving transactions and paperwork, coordinating backorders and liaising with the Accounting dept.
  • You will monitor weekly inventory count activities and spreadsheets, creating purchase orders as required.
  • You will maintain organized paperwork for all purchase orders, confirmations, and receiving documentation.

Requirements

WHAT WE WOULD EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Maintain positive attitude, professionalism and quick communication with vendors (in-person, phone, email…)
  • Complete daily non-stock purchasing routine, keeping accurate and organized records.
  • Facilitate various weekly count activities, reviewing results and creating purchase orders accordingly.
  • Interpret and compare vendor confirmations to internal purchase orders, fixing discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized filing of purchasing documents, including revising copies when changes happen.
  • Review and process receiving documentation, checking for completion and processing backorders as required.
  • Handle internal inquiries around purchase order status, coordinating rushes and changes as required.
  • Liaise with accounts payable with invoicing discrepancies from purchase orders.

Eurorite Cabinets is currently seeking experienced, quality oriented, and reliable Installers for our Showroom Sales division.  Our Installation Partners are known for their ability to meet or exceed our standards for quality, dependability, and deliver outstanding customer service. Work will be assigned on a sub-contracted basis.

We offer competitive compensation for work completed. Work volume will be based on market demand.

Requirements

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • Proof of current WCB and liability insurance coverage is mandatory.
  • Some customization and high-pressure laminating experience is an asset.
  • The ability to adapt to various site conditions and revisions is a must.
  • Excellence in workmanship.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • The ability to understand installation drawings and information is critical.
  • A strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Must have own tools and transportation.
