Once you have contacted us, our sales team will collect the necessary information required to get started. The first piece of information you will receive is your account information. Once processed, your account will be set up and you will be informed of your terms and conditions.You are now ready to place an order.
SHIPPING:
Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. sets lead times based on stock vs. non-stocked items and supplier availability. Based on these lead times, your ship date for orders placed will be clearly indicated on order quotations and confirmations. This date is the date the order will leave our distribution centre(s). All orders will be shipped in accordance with the individual client’s terms.
RECEIVING:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, for any damage that may have been incurred during shipping. It is important to sign the waybill of lading: ‘Subject to inspection for concealed damage.’ This statement will ensure the speedy handling of any claims that have to be made with the shipping companies. If you see any damage, please note that on the waybill clearly, and ensure that you and the delivery driver sign off on the damage. Refusal to accept the product will result in a delay in the claims process.
RETURNS:
Euro-Rite will only accept returns on stocked items (as determined by Euro-Rite). All authorized returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any product being returned must have been pre-authorized, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Contact Customer Service at 1-888-464-5063 for full details, or to attain authorization.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Euro-Rite Cabinets is a volume manufacturer of RTA cabinets. All pricing in the binder is based on the economy of scale provided by bulk manufacturing. Even in a custom kitchen, the majority of cabinets are standard shapes and sizes. Custom orders are considered final sale.
The following custom options are available to our RTA cabinets. Please note that lead times for these options will be a minimum of three weeks (consult your Sales Representative for full details).
